He is the CEO/President of Soundears Ventures Limited, Tabitha Humanitarian Foundation, and Steps of Destiny International Ministry (SODIM), an interdenominational ministry headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. His vast experience includes working with senior executives and front-line employees, excelling in strategic business leadership, management, marketing, and public relations within corporate settings. Victor's skill set is complemented by his ability to innovate, plan strategically, communicate effectively, and build inclusive teams. Victor holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Communications and Systematic Theology, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity. He is also working on an MBA from UNICAF-University of East London, holds an MSc in Environmental Management Systems from Yesbud University, an MA in Transformational Leadership from Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy (RILA), and another MA in Systematic Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC) in Nigeria. His foundational education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Nigeria. His research spans various fields, such as breaking communication barriers through international integration (Ph.D. thesis, 2023), the impact of ISO 14001 on environmental performance in Nigerian oil companies (MSc dissertation, 2022), CSR practices in large organizations during the COVID-19 era, and pastoral care in response to socio-political violence in Northern Nigeria. Victor has also pursued executive diplomas in Business, Transformational Leadership, Governance, Mentoring, and Coaching. He studied leadership and voter apathy in the Anambra Gubernatorial Election 2021 in Nigeria. Through his work, Victor aims to build connections with large organizations that align with Soundears Ventures Limited, Thabitha Humanitarian Foundation, and Steps of Destiny International Ministry (SODIM)'s corporate social responsibility initiatives. He currently resides in England, United Kingdom, with his family.
